Directions:
Shampoo hair with life in a bowl champagne shampoo or an sulfate free shampoo. Condition hair with moisturizing conditioner.
Part the hair into big sections. Apply Life In A Bowl Balm to the scalp with fingertip amount, the hair can be wet or dry. After parting the hair, put a dime or quarter size amount in the palm (depends how coursness of the hair) of the hand, rub together, apply to the shaft part of the hair, continue massaging the hair by brushing balm into the scalp. The shaft will start to feel soft. Style as usual.
Reminder: Only use quarter size if hair is thick and course.
For two strand and comb twist follow directions above but use balm as needed.
For clients that using Life In A Bowl Miracle Balm as hair treatment.
Wash hair twice with a sulfate free shampoo to remove any oily buildup,then once with a morstizer shampoo, apply a dime or quarter size amount of balm in the palm of the hand rub together, and apply throughout the hair from root to the ends, leaving Life In A Bowl Balm in the hair for 20 minutes. If hair is course leave in for 10 more minutes (for best result place an plastic cap over the head). After the processing time, rinse hair thoroughly and repeat shampoo morstizer once then apply moisturizing conditioner. In the winter months apply hydrating conditioner. Make sure you focus on massage the area that are thin or bald. Style as usual.
How often should clients use balm for the hair :
Complete hair loss apply every day (morning and night). Do not over saturate the scalp because it can clog your pores, this can happen if you are not washing your hair every two weeks.
Every other day if hair extremely dry, or restoring breakage.
Twice a week, only for hydration, shine and moisture (no hair damage).
Remember a little goes a long way.
